If someone smokes in their room or inside the structure, they will have to pay a penalty based on the requested amount + a fine based on law N°584 Art 1 of 11/11/1975

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.

 

TOURIST TAX: Milan, like many cities in Italy and in the world, has introduced, with resolution of the City Council n. 19 of 11.6.2012 the Tourist Tax for tourists and visitors who stay there. The amount varies from €. €2.00. 5.00 per night, depending on the type and number of stars of the structure, as per resolutions of the City Council n. 1350 of 27.6.2012, n. 1222 of 21.6.2013, n. 2255 of 12.15.2017 and n. 2350 of 12.22.2017. The structure is required to issue a separate receipt for the amount paid or to indicate the amount corresponding to the City Tax on the invoice. The staff is required to provide all information relating to the categories exempt from payment. The revenues from the Tourist Tax will finance interventions to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the city and improve services.
